Sub-sub-processors

Wind Stream’s direct obligations to Customer under the DPA extend only to its direct Sub-processors.
Notice of Changes
Wind Stream will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice of the addition or replacement of any Sub-processor that will process Customer Personal Data, by (a) updating this page and (b) notifying Customers who have subscribed to sub-processor change notifications by email.
To subscribe to notifications, contact privacy@windstream.ai with the subject line “Sub-processor Notifications“ and identify the customer organization and email address(es) to be notified.
Customers may object to the engagement of a new Sub-processor in accordance with Section 4.3 of the DPA.
Customer Elected Integrations
Third-party services that Customer chooses to connect to the Wind Stream Platform (for example, GitHub, Figma, Slack, or other integrations available through the Platform) are Customer Elected Integrations under the MSA, not Wind Stream Sub-processors.
